Once a prominent Tudor that appeared in the Rye history books, the natural beauty was buried under years of vinyl siding. Many of the Tudor details couldn't be saved, but the architecture transformed beautifully. True-divided light windows and custom wood shutters with exposed hinges add to the charm and character. Designed inside and out by Jennifer and renovated by the JWH Team in 2009.

One of the first new homes in this cul-de-sac neighborhood.  Designed by Jennifer Howard, the distinctive flared shingle details, curved mahogany wine room in the dining room, and stone fireplace in the screened porch, all became details to be thoughtfully repeated by JWH Clients (and copied by others.)  Built in 2000 (in 6 months!) and featured on the Rye House Tour 3 months after move-in.

An older home in an established prime neighborhood needed a total renovation -- not a total knockdown. This is one of the specialties of Jennifer Howard & the JWH Team. Enhancing the positive features, updating the old, and creating flow and features desired by families. Top to bottom: from chipping down the basement level by 3' to renovating the 3rd floor space, the JWH Team coordinated the design, cabinetry and construction from start to finish. The result is stunning.

Harrison, NY:
After sitting on the market for almost a year, this buyer had the vision to see potential in the space. The JWH Team transformed the space inside and out, from the basement level to the roof. January to June was the critical timing to make sure everything was ready for pool season. Featured on the Rye House Tour in 2017.

This 1980's home received a make-over from the outside-in. The JWH Team coordinated the cabinetry designs, construction, permits and all the finishing touches!

Old Greenwich, CT:
What started as a kitchen consultation for new home build, evolved into a full design-build project for the JWH Team.  Featured on the Old Greenwich Kitchen Tour 2010.
