First home of JWHAnother custom home by the JWH Team hits the Rye real estate market in May 2019. 20 years ago this tired split level required a lot of imagination and careful execution to transform the space inside and out. One of the earlier Howard personal homes, JWH Designs LLC was officially started in this home office. JWH At The BeginningRye, NY: The first project by Jennifer Howard which launched the start JWH Designs, LLC. The home in this first photo started as a small cape and transformed into a stylish colonial in less than 5 months under her project management. Upon completion, people knocked on the door to buy it. This launched the start of designing high-end spec homes in the Westchester & Fairfield markets. Following photos are other houses you may recognize from magazines, house tours, or driving around town! A Vintage GemRye, NY: Once a prominent Tudor that appeared in the Rye history books, the natural beauty was buried under years of vinyl siding. Built in 2000 (in 6 months!) and featured on the Rye House Tour 3 months after move-in. Milton Point Re-birthRye, NY.
