Heart of the Neighborhood

Rye, NY:
One of the first new homes in this cul-de-sac neighborhood.  Designed by Jennifer Howard, the distinctive flared shingle details, curved mahogany wine room in the dining room, and stone fireplace in the screened porch, all became details to be thoughtfully repeated by JWH Clients (and copied by others.)  Built in 2000 (in 6 months!) and featured on the Rye House Tour 3 months after move-in.
